About Me

As a student, I paid my way through college by operating a small business on my way to graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Southern Maine. I received a B.A. in philosophy with a classics (Latin/Ancient Greek) minor.

I later obtained my Juris Doctorate from the University of New Hampshire Law School.

I was admitted to the Maine State Bar in 2004, and admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court in 2005.

I am a member of the Maine State Bar Association, the Maine Bar Association's Consumer & Financial Institution Law Section and the Bankruptcy & Reorganization Section.

In the past I worked as VP of Collections at Bowdoinham Federal Credit Union, handling all collections, bankruptcy, compliance, and reporting issues, until they were acquired by another credit union. Today, I operate my own law office, helping Maine businesses as well as individuals with issues related to debt, foreclosure, and bankruptcy, as well as general civil litigation.
